VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES

The Township of Tiny is committed to creating a caring and inclusive living environment through citizen engagement and provides opportunities for everyone to fully participate in the life of his/her community.

In January 2010, Council passed a Volunteer Management Policy.  The policy outlines an overall framework for the recruitment and management of volunteers involved in the delivery of Township of Tiny services and/or special events.  To read this policy, please click here

The Recreation Department, with the help of volunteers and municipal staff, is currently developing a Volunteer Manual. This manual will address procedures from volunteer recruitment, to screening, to recognition.

The Township of Tiny wishes to take this opportunity to thank its volunteers; Members of Committees of Council, Parks and Recreation Association Members, and Special Events Volunteers; your time and efforts are greatly appreciated!
